Hard to find

It was very good, because it is located next to the subway station. I think it was the best hotel apartment in shanghai.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, as it is situated right by the metro line, making it perfect for exploring all the main sites. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which was very convenient. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and the shower had great water pressure.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization to make it more comfortable.

it's just across the subway, very convenient. The facilities are quite complete, with washing machine helps me a lot. But the tap water for drinking is not working. The room is not very clean, dusty here and there. But overall, I'm satisfied...

The cleaness is soso.... there is somebody used the glass as ashtray, and they even did not clean it. it smells really disgusting!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and several shopping centers. The room had a refrigerator and good natural lighting, which was a plus. the hotel staff, especially the cleaning staff, were friendly and accommodating.

The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The room was visibly worn and poorly maintained, and dust and dirt were found in hard-to-reach areas.

everything is correct and on time, very nice stuff; a taxi from the east Nanjing Rd at night < 10 min and 30Y or during the day by metro 20 min for 4Y; 24h family-mart nearby + shopping mall incl carrefour until 10pm.

no english at all, so you can't ask advice from the stuff how to get to, what to see, schedules, etc; to pay with a credit card I had to enter the pin 10 times - it seems there was a problem with a connection.

the location was excellent for getting around, and the amenities provided made for a comfortable stay. the apartment included a washing machine and a stove in the kitchenette, which allowed for cooking and laundry. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and their willingness to help made me feel welcome.

Limited English, Noise the language barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff's English was limited. the noise levels were noticeable, particularly early in the morning, as the apartment was located near a busy metro station.
